To open a telephone line
NTT, a Japanese telephone service provider, offers a "Kanyudenwa (analog) Lite Plan" by which a telephone line can be installed without a subscription fee. Users of this plan are required to pay a fee for the plan, in addition to a monthly line fee (basic rate).Contact: NTT WEST (tel#116)

To open a telephone line in your new residence, you are required to call NTT in advance to arrange the installation work.It is recommended that you call 116 to make arrangements as soon as possible after deciding the moving date.
