Jonai Library: 10:00 - 18:00 (9:30 - 18:00 during July and August; open until 20:00 on Fridays from April to October)
Branch libraries: 10:00 - 18:00 (Aboshi, Hanakita, Shikama, Toko, Shirahama, Yasumuro, Aoyama, Hirohata, Tegara, Higashi, Ieshima, Yumesaki, Kodera, Yasutomi)

<Holidays>
Mondays (Wednesdays for Hanakita branch) except when Monday is a national holiday; libraries are then closed on the following Tuesday. Third Thursdays, national holidays (open Saturday and Sunday; Jonai Library is also open May 3 - 5 and November 3.) December 28 - January 4, maintenance period in Spring (around 10 days)

Sports facilities

Comprehensive sports facilities

The center has table tennis, jazz dance, judo, kendo, swimming and other sports clubs. Facilities are also available for individual users. The Chuo Taiikukan (gymnasium) is also available.

Ball games

Facilities including ball game field, rubber-ball baseball field, tennis courts, and multi-purpose field are available.

Baseball fields

All baseball fields are for rubber-ball baseball, excluding Himeji and Toyotomi Baseball Grounds, which are available for both rubber-ball baseball and standard baseball.
